PROCESSING ORDERS For in-stock items, allow 1-3 days for order to be fulfilled and/or shipped. For custom orders, allow 4-7 days for orders to be handmade. Full payment required prior to custom order being processed.
If you require your order to be rushed, a “priority order fee” can be applied.
To guarantee acceptance of custom orders around Holidays, please order further in advance. Deadline for custom Christmas orders is December 10th; any orders requested after this date are subject to a “priority order fee”.

ABCreations is not responsible for delays in delivery once package has been shipped.
For local pick-up orders, we will contact you to arrange a time (evenings or weekend). Items must be picked up within 2 weeks of the order being fulfilled. Any orders not picked up in this time frame will be deemed void and a refund will not be issued.
PAYMENT OPTIONS E-transfer payments can be sent to our email “abcreations.help@gmail.com”. Auto-deposit is activated, however if you require a password to process the e-transfer, please make the password “ABCreations”. Debit/Credit payments are accepted through our website.
RETURNS Due to the hygienic characteristics of our products, all sales are final.
No returns accepted; however, if you have an issue with any of our products please do not hesitate to email us to resolve the issue! Exchanges for defective products may be considered within 7 days of the order being received. Buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.
